Klahican Lodge 2018 Vigil Weekend
I received the following message from Matthew Bull of the Cape Fear Council and Klahican Lodge 331 today. It explains the new patch that will be issued by the lodge at their upcoming Winter Fellowship and Vigil Weekend.
We would like to invite you to attend the Klahican Lodge Winter Fellowship & Vigil Weekend to join us in welcoming our newest keepers of the Vigil to our Sacred Honor.
The evening of Friday January 5th at 9:00pm we will be hosting a sending off cracker barrel for the candidates where they will be escorted one-by-one to keep the vigil. The following morning we will be greeting the candidates at 5:30am for the induction and naming ceremony followed by the Vigil breakfast. We hope that you will be able to join us for one or both of these special vigil only gatherings. Building on our tradition from last year each vigil member in attendance will receive an extremely limited “Vigil Weekend” patch which can only be earned by attending one of these two gatherings. You can register for the event here and indicate which gathering (or both) you are able to attend.
